Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Fulfillment and processing take place Monday- Friday during the business hours of 8-5 EST. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy to return the item(s). If you need to a make a change to your order after it has been placed, an email must be sent, within 30 minutes of ordering, to support@goldsick.com. Subject line would need to read "Make Changes" and then specify what you would like changed and, if inventory permits, we will make the change and notify you. 

Any orders placed after business hours or on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following business day. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

**We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages**

Shipping time frames are between 3-5 business days and could vary depending on location and courier delays. Shipping prices vary upon location and weight and will be known to customer prior to checkout. We ship domestically via USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. Shipping time frames may also vary at times of inclement weather conditions and holidays.
