RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Customer will be responsible for return postage of the item. Processing time frames for returns are between 2-3 business days. Item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, no stains or smells, and all tags must be attached. Once the item is received and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be issued in the same manner as it was purchased. PLEASE NOTE: the amount refunded will ONLY be for the amount of the items(s) and tax, NOT the shipping; Shipping is non-refundable. Any item(s) that are deemed unreturnable will be returned back to the customer, at the customer's expense. 

You must send an email to support@goldsick.com BEFORE you return the item as notification to us that a return is being initiated. In the subject line please type "Return/Order #:______ (insert order number)". In the body of the email simply write a brief description as to why you are returning the item. We will then reply with an acknowledgment of your request, and you may then move forward with the return.

The refund process may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending upon your issuing bank. Any items outside of the 3-day return window will not be accepted for a return. All bodysuits, under garments, and earrings are FINAL SALE!!

No Exchanges allowed. Must Return per specifications above and re-purchase.
